A walk of 2, 5, or 8 miles on the Berwyn Mountain Range, rising to the conifers of Coed Ty'n-y-graig, continuing over heather moorland on a packhorse trail as far as the Ceirog Forest. The return is by another trail descending to a disused quarry tramway and a beautiful walk along a stream, Nant-y-pandy, with its small but impressive waterfall.
